Society of Hope staff have noticed areas around the property where tenants are throwing bird seed into landscape beds. Bird seed is an attractant for rats and other vermin and once a feeding pattern is established these creatures will begin nesting on the property.

Bird seed and/or bird feeders are not permitted on your deck or on the property at any time.

Please DO NOT feed the birds or throw bird seed into landscape beds. Leftover seed attracts pests and will germinate causing landscape damage. Please adhere to these guidelines and keep our property rat and pest free.
