Fall is arriving and it’s a good time to clean up carports and decks. The Society wants to keep the property looking attractive for this community and the neighborhood. Annual Inspections will take place later in the fall.

Reminders:

1. Children’s toys are not to be left on common areas- they will be removed by staff if left lying around
2. Recycling bin is not to be overfilled as the Society is fined- please collapse cardboard
3. Front & back decks are for patio furniture and not to be used for storage
4. Carport and garages are to be used for parking. No storage including tires

Unwanted pests: rodents, racoons, and other pests are looking for food sources. These sources are bird feeders, garbage and recycling left outside. Do not feed them- on purpose or by accident. Bird feeders are not permitted.

TO HELP WITH THE CLEAN-UP: 

THURSDAY SEPT 21, Society of Hope is partnering with SHARE to pickup good, used items. Place donations at the end of your carport or in front of your garage door on the morning of the 21^st. (Not before).

*They will take: household goods/clothing/and furniture.

*They will not take: baby stuff (including clothing), microwaves, wheelchairs, walkers, stereo equipment, helmets, skis or snowboards, mattresses.

FRIDAY SEPT 22- SUNDAY SEPT 24, Society of Hope is providing a green Bin There Dump That dumpster on the property as an opportunity for tenants (only) to purge unwanted household goods.

Please breakdown or condense items as much as possible so there is room for everyone to use this bin. Please be mindful that the following items are not permitted in the dumpsters and its the tenants’ responsibility to dispose of offsite wherever permitted:

No large metal items that contain more than 50% metal

• BBQs
• Cement
• hazardous waste (Paint, gas, oils)
• large appliances
• electronics
• cardboard
• cement
• bricks
• stucco
• dirt

**The dumpster will be placed in a stall behind the community center. **
