As the weather warms up, we want to remind tenants that portable window mount AC units are not permitted. The approved AC units sit on the floor and vent out the window.

Do not apply tinfoil or other materials to the window as it can cause the window seal to break.

Children’s pools have size restrictions and must not be left unsupervised for the safety of all children on the property. The pools need to be emptied and put away every day.

Please note your site’s landscaping day. Ensure all tenant belongings are moved off the common spaces.
