Carpet Cleaning

The Society is having the hallway carpets cleaned. Please be careful around the cleaning equipment, hoses, and electrical cords.

Recently, an increasing number of spills and stains have been noticed on the hallway carpets.  Spills are also being noted in the elevator and main floor linoleum.

A reminder to bag garbage well so it does not leak. Please clean up after your spills and dribbles. And, as per your tenancy agreement, “…garbage is to be drained, and securely bagged…” before carrying it out to the appropriate dumpsters.

We all desire that this building be a place you feel pride in by keeping it in a clean condition. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping this property in good condition, and for the enjoyment of all tenants.
