Providence Ridge Rodent Notice

The Society has recently heard that some tenants are seeing rodents outside of their unit. Wildlife should be outside, but we don’t want to attract them to the units.

Unwanted pests: rodents, racoons, and other pests are looking for food sources. These sources are bird feeders, garbage and recycling left outside and plants and pots with leftover foliage. Please ensure that garbage and recycling are not left on/under decks. Clean up dead plants and put pots away. Bird feeders are not permitted anywhere on the property.
