Carports

I would like to remind all tenants that carports are only to be used for operative, insured, daily use vehicles.

There has been an increase of recycling/garbage being stored in the carports. Garbage and recycling must be directly deposited into the bins on site and not stored in the carports. It invites insects, rodents etc.

Dead Plants and Unused Pots: Please remove from the carport area and also off the common property area beside the carports.

Hazardous Items: Please do not store hazardous items such motor oil or household cleaners etc, in the carports.

Bikes: Please use the bike racks that are located on the southside of the seniors building.

We appreciate your cooperation as we endeavor to keep the property in good condition and maintain a pleasant environment for all families in the neighborhood.

**PLEASE NOTE** On-site garbage and recycling bins are intended for household garbage and municipally required recyclables only. Disposing of hazardous items, electronics, or oversized household furniture in on-site bins is strictly prohibited and may result in municipal fines or removal fees.
