Tenant Reminder – Balconies

As Spring approaches, the Society would like to take the opportunity to remind all tenants that balconies are not to be used for storage and only for items normally found on patio areas such as outdoor furniture and potted plants in good condition.

The Society asks that all unapproved items on balconies are removed (indoor furniture, tires, boxes, recycling, fans, shelving units etc.)
Please note as well that BBQ’s (gas or electric) are not permitted on balconies.

We appreciate your cooperation as we endeavor to keep the property in good condition and maintain a pleasant environment for all residents.
